“Is this your house?

“Yes, it is! Are you surprised?

“Oh.”

Mai shakes her chest proudly with a huff.

Looking at her, I hated to simply affirm and let her get on with it, but this time I could only nod.

The reason is that Mai lives in a very expensive apartment.

The security system seemed to be very strong, with guards and janitors stationed at all times.

Eiji was even more surprised to find that Mai had pressed the button for the top floor.
